CRM Campaigns

Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimise CRM campaigns across multiple brands. Creation of a a unified, scalable design system for consistent, brand-forward emails, built in Figma using templates and components. Improvement of open rate and CTR: 51% improvement in incomplete CVR in July-September.

Sunset/Lapsed Flow

Design of a three-email flow to re-engage customers inactive for 12+ months. Created two audience versions (churned and incomplete sign-ups) with bold, offer-led layouts and a visually distinct style. The flow moves from re-engagement, to urgency, to a minimal final sunset message.

Giftcard Automated Flow and Marketing

Development of an automated flow and and marketing campaign (actives, churned and incomplete’s) to launch Gift Cards on Skin + Me’s D2C channel. The design introduces Gift Cards as a personalised skincare gift, highlights the core benefits, and drives purchase.

Black Friday

Development of a mobile-first campaign tying Black Friday messaging to consistent skincare use. The emails positioned Skin + Me as a meaningful, long-term investment in confidence and visible results, highlighting that transformation occurs after just 3 months.

November Newsletters

Campaign sent to incomplete and churned customers. Each email highlights Skin + Me’s USPs—consistent skincare, medical-grade ingredients, dermatologist support, and social proof—to drive engagement and conversions.

Hair Confidence | Mens Mental Health campaign

Newsletters for Mens Mental Health month in November. The campaign ties in a series of interviews with mental health campaigner, Alex George and real Hair + Me customers. Utilising BTS content from the shoot as GIFS and quotes from the customers.

Seasonal campaign on hair shedding, highlighting expert tips and real customer results, and driving conversions through targeted offers and clear CTAs. The emails are designed to educate, reassure, and convert across three audience segments: active, incomplete, and churned customers.

Winback Flow

Cohesive, high-performing campaign crafted to rebuild trust and encourage churned customers to re-engage by highlighting improvements, dermatology expertise, and easy subscription control. Each email paired a strong return offer with clean, reassuring design and clear value messaging.

Incomplete’s Newsletter

Segmented email templates aimed at converting incomplete sign-ups. Each email highlighted a strong introductory offer, showcased real results through before-and-afters or reviews. Conversion-led design to support sign-up targets.

Daily Moisturiser with SPF 50 Skin + Me

Direction of a high-quality UGC shoot to support an NPD launch for paid and organic channels. Focused on optimising content for D2C and Retail platforms, ensuring adaptability for future messaging campaigns. A/B test the high performance of native/organic style content, but in a high-fi editorial way.

Content Creation Skin + Me | Hair + Me | Renew + Me

Execution of in-house studio sprint shoots, reviewing briefs and listing all assets requested by growth and social media teams. Pre and post production of static and motion content. Delivering over 200 pieces of content to be used across organic and paid social, across 3 business unit’s.

ATL Skin + Me

Design of an above-the-line campaign for Manchester. Featuring real customers and real results. Messaging champions confidence and bold brand colours paired with product visuals cut through low dwell times. Ads highlighted product efficacy and uses personalised messaging to show a diverse range of customers, reinforcing the brand’s promise of real results.
